Description

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for 10 Single Door Upright Pharmaceutical Grade Freezers with an option to purchase up to an additional 25 Single Door Upright Pharmaceutical Grade Freezers over two (2) years. Included in this request is the completion of an Operational Qualification test of each freezer.

The Initial 10 Single Door Upright Pharmaceutical Grade Freezers must be delivered within six (6) weeks after contract award.

Prior to acceptance, the Contractor must conduct a field Operational Qualification test on each Pharmaceutical Grade Freezer not later than three (3) days after the delivery.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 1 – General Information, and Part 6 – Resulting Contract For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
