Summary

This requirement is for: The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada

Suppliers may not submit a proposal in response to a solicitation unless they have been invited to do so as it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement process.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream:

Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant / Change Management Stream

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:

The Framework will replace FCAC’s current Compliance Framework. Although the core activities governing its supervisory approach remain consistent, FCAC has incorporated numerous enhancements, including new or amended supervision and enforcement tools.

Internal FCAC processes and procedures, supporting instruments and functions will be redesigned to support the modernized framework. The Framework, and these underlying initiatives will be phased in over time. FCAC will commence the rollout of the Framework late in 2018.

Level of Security Requirement:

  • Level of information – PROTECTED B;
  • Personnel Security level – RELIABILITY STATUS;
  • Consultants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to commencing work.
