    Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

    Description: Work under this contract will involve the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted

    Police (RCMP): Provide fire inspections of existing RCMP F Division owned and leased buildings

    and facilities in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the National Fire Code

    (NFC) in 241 locations across Saskatchewan.

    Period of Contract is from award date for a two (2) year period plus two (2) additional twelve (12) month option periods.

    There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

    Basis of Selection:

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    The RCMP has published its National Procurement Plan at http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/rcmp-national-procurement-plan.

    The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties.
