Description
The RCMP is potentially interested in leasing approximately 1600 square metres of warehouse type space, with several enclosed offices, men’s and women’s washrooms, parking for approximately 50 vehicles, fenced exterior compound, 24/7 access and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards. Location must be within 25 km radius of the “B” Division Headquarters located at 100 White Hills Rd., St. John’s, NL.
Potential term of five (5) years with three (3) x one (1) year options to renew.
