Description of the Requirement:
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is embarking on a program to upgrade, renew and enhance its aging closed-circuit television (CCTV) system infrastructure which has been deployed globally at Government of Canada embassies, consulates, high commissions and trade offices.
Throughout this document, the term “security system” is to be interpreted as having the same meaning as “closed-circuit television (CCTV) system”.
The Canadian embassies, consulates, high commissions and trade offices developed mostly “home grown” solutions to meet their CCTV requirement. Some installations have been in use for many years and are in need of replacing and some systems are newer but don’t follow a global standard. The objective of the CCTV for Mission program is to provide a standard, remotely accessible, state of the art, secure and supportable solution for use abroad.
DFATD is seeking advice, assistance and expertize in project management, requirements gathering, reports/documentation preparation and assistance with the procurement process for a solution.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to April 1, 2019 inclusive.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 133 days per resources for a total of 399 days .
