Description
The National Research Council (NRC) wishes to award a comprehensive standing offer for the service and maintenance of the Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) Card Access and Alarm System (CAAS) as well as the Digital Video Manager (DVM) system located at the National Research Council’s 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario. The EBI and DVM are proprietary to Honeywell and only they have the information and the knowledge to modify, maintain or update the programming and software. The contractor will provide the necessary personnel required to modify, maintain or update the programming and software of the systems. Due to the kind of research taking place in the different buildings and the different level of alarms in place, it is imperative that all breakdowns or interruptions be repaired in the shortest delay possible and the contractor will provide 24-hour/365 day emergency response coverage.
