Description
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a training course on Vehicle Penetration Testing and Reverse Engineering. The course must include theoretical as well as practical (hands-on) training. Canada anticipates up to 20 personnel will attend the course and estimates that the course should be of a duration of two days. The work must include, but is not limited to, the following modules: Vehicle data capture, Diagnostic fuzzing, Vehicle message replay techniques, Advance vehicle control techniques, Hardware physical control access, Hardware analysis, Society of Automotive Engineers standard SAE J1939 (J1939 protocol).
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
