Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the "NRFP") is to solicit proposals for a Digital Asset Management ("DAM") platform that will allow DC and DC’s Partners to organize, store, find and share Assets, under a range of different access options.
A summary of the key requirements of the DAM are:
• SaaS-Cloud-based solution;
• Ability to migrate existing Assets to the new DAM platform;
• Ability to manage and store Assets, including images and videos;
• Ability to tag (catalogue) Assets;
• Ability to search for Assets;
• Ability to automate account creation and log in;
• Ability to maintain a consistent DC brand look and feel;
• Ability to ensure Asset security and User privacy;
• Ability to assign different accessibility settings;
• Ability for DC and DC Partners to manage, track and report on the usage of all Assets; and
• Ability to accommodate multiple Tenants.
