Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Electrical Engineering Consulting Services: WR091030, Arc Flash Study, Wainwright, AB

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the necessary consultant services to complete Arc Flash Studies for buildings/structures at 3CDSB Wainwright. There are 140 buildings at 3CDSB Wainwright that require an Arc Flash study; however the intent is to complete the studies in phases. The first phase will cover 49 buildings.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
