Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the purchase, installation and maintenance of a UL/ULC Class 1 Scalable Modular Vault consisting of ceiling, floor, walls and door. The qualified contractor will provide all materials, delivery installation and maintenance necessary to provide a Modular Vault in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Annex “A” – The Statement of Requirement.
Security Requirements:
Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be met:
- the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
- the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;
Bidders are reminded to obtain the required security clearance promptly. Any delay in the award of a contract to allow the successful bidder to obtain the required clearance will be at the entire discretion of the Contracting Authority.
Delivery:
The qualified Contractor will provide complete delivery and installation within fourteen (14) weeks from the effective date of the Contract award.
Period of Contract:
The Contract will be for a three (3) year period from the contract award date.
