    Description

    SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:

    In response to the construction of new Bay-Class type vessels for the Canadian Coast Guard's (CCG) Search and Rescue program, the facilities at the various mooring points are being modified to meet the new needs created by the use of these vessels. This Statement of Work specifically concerns the harbour facilities located at 264 Chemin du Quai in Cap-aux-Meules in the Magdalen Islands, and the at the overwintering site located at 190 Chemin Principal in Cap-aux-Meules.

    The purpose of this project is to complete work on the construction of two new power blocks, one for the dock, and for the overwintering site, as well as new dock fenders based on vessel specifications.

    Public service drafting standards should be used for dwg format documents.

    SITE VISIT:

    There is a non-mandatory site visit scheduled for April 19, 2018.

    Bidders that wish to visit the site must send an email to Lynda.Coulombe@dfo-mpo.gc.ca no later than Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at noon and provide the following information:

    a. Business name

    The time and location of the site visit will be sent to the bidder via email.
