    Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) 2018-04-16 Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) Consulting

    About Farm Credit Canada (FCC):

FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture lender, with a healthy portfolio of more than $33 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and its role in feeding an ever-growing world. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and agri-food industry. Our profits are reinvested back into agriculture and the communities where our customers and employees live and work. For more information, visit www.fcc.ca or follow us on FacebookLinkedIn, and on Twitter @FCCagriculture.

    RFP Scope:

FCC is undertaking a project to implement an Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) program. To support this initiative, FCC is seeking proposals for the provision of external consulting services to work with and advise our team in an initial planning phase of the ICOFR project. The initial phase will include scoping and risk assessment and will help inform the overall extent of the ICOFR project for FCC, including how FCC could right size it to meet our needs. This initial phase will be key in determining which processes FCC should focus its efforts of process understanding, risk assessment and control identification.

The outcome of this initial phase will determine how, and if, FCC subsequently proceeds with the overall project of ICOFR.
