Description of the Requirement:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada intends to issue a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for its French language training requirements in the Sarnia region in the province of Ontario.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Enhanced Reliability
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: None as resources will be escorted on the premises
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of Standing Offer:
The period of the Offer is from award date to December 31, 2019 inclusive.
Option period of Standing Offer:
Extend the period of the Offer for an additional two (2) 1-year option periods, from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 inclusively.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated total number of hours of teaching full-time individual / group and part-time individual / group initial period: 65,200 hours plus estimated total number of hours of teaching full-time individual / group and part-time individual / group for the two (2) 1-year option periods) will be for 130,400 hours
