Description of the Requirement:

Global Affairs Canada’s (GAC’s) International Platform Branch has identified a solution-based requirement to update the existing International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 9001: 2008 international real property management system to reflect the following business imperatives: Government of Canada (GoC) program requirements; management responsibilities; available resources; product realization (requirement inputs and product/service outputs); measurement, analysis and improvement; and GoC program satisfaction. This intervention aims to improve organizational effectiveness through system-centred, people-centred and value-centred change management.
