Description
Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, is seeking to identify organizations, with experience working in foreign countries, capable of performing construction within the Embassy of Canada in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The project comprises, but is not limited to, reconfiguring approximately 650 square metres within the Embassy, including: minor demolition of walls; installation of new partition walls and doors; modifications to existing electrical and mechanical systems; modifications to ceiling grids, lighting and floor finishes; and a new kitchenette.
Organizations capable and interested must demonstrate at minimum the following:
- Completion of five (5) commercial projects valued over $200,000 CAD within the last five (5) years, including at least three (3) projects completed within the Dominican Republic
- Ability and willingness to work in the Dominican Republic

Proposed period of contract:
The envisaged period of contract award shall be spring / summer 2018 followed by the site preparation and construction from summer 2018 to fall 2018 (Approximate).
Estimated Contract Value: $200,000.00 CAD
