RFP Scope
FCC is currently running the latest version of ServiceNow in a SaaS environment and is seeking a strategic partner to assist with development operations for our ServiceNow platform. This will include support, resolving and implementing bug fixes, developing and implementing enhancements, performing project work as required, and provide guidance around future options with ServiceNow.
The initial contract will be for a 1-year term, with potential for an extension. The successful vendor will be required to be a Silver Services and Resale partner with ServiceNow, at a minimum (Gold would be preferred). The successful vendor will be required to provide at least one full-time resource onsite in Regina, SK for the duration of the contract, with support from remote resources.
