Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of facilitating the Marketing and Sales services of selected CMHC properties (1-4 units) in the Atlantic Region.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 1 year, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for 2 subsequent one-year renewal options. The annual value of this contract is expected to be $1,562,659, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on May 18, 2018.
