Trade Agreements: The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Description: Work of this Contract comprises of the removal of approximately 466 square meters (5,015 square feet) of built up roof membrane system down to existing concrete deck and the replacement of new vapour barrier and SBS roof system. Along with minor mechanical and electrical work for removal and reinstallation of existing mechanical units at the RCMP building located at 5303 Regina, Ave., Regina, Saskatchewan, and is further described in the attached Drawing, Specifications and any amendments thereto.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by August 08, 2018.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 10 May 2018 at 09:30 hrs CST, meeting at 5303 Regina Ave, Regina, SK.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
