TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

Two (2) Level 3 (Senior) Financial/Cost Specialists for Real Property (4.5) the TSPS Real Property Project Management Services Stream.

Description of the Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. PWGSC requires the services of two (2) Level 3 (Senior) Financial/Cost Specialists for Real Property (4.5) TSPS Real Property Project Management Services Stream to provide Current Replacement Value (CRV) and Reproduction Cost New on Heritage buildings in Ottawa. It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to March 31, 2019.

The supplier will provide the estimated level of effort required to complete the work under the contract.
