Vehicle Leasing Services – Forillon National Park, QC

Parks Canada wishes to lease various types of vehicles for Forillon National Park’s 2018 operating season. One or more contracts may be awarded.

Trade Agreements

The requirement is considered an exemption under the North American Free Trade Agreement, Annex 1001.1b-2, Section B, Services Exclusions: W. Lease or Rental of Vehicles – Services with reference to transportation equipment.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide these services and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Period of the Contract:

The period of the Contract is from Contract award date to October 26, 2018. Lease periods vary between vehicles.
