NPP FOR TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: The Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 1.2 Organizational Design and Classification consultant.

Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada (OIC), Human Resources, Security and Accomodation Branch for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for a Senior Organization Design and Classification Consultant. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract
SCOPE OF WORK:
The OIC is looking for a resource (1) to provide Classification services on an "as and when required" basis. This is to ensure an assessment of how best to support the team and the organization's structure.
Level of Security Requirement:
Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of contract award to 31 March 2019 with the possibility of two option years to end on 31 March, 2021.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for Approx. 150 days plus 120 days x 2 if needed.
