Scope of Work:
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for Professional Services in the form of a standing offer, to provide French and English Second Language Training to its employees in Guelph, Ontario. The training may be either full or part-time, in group or one-on-one sessions at AAFC premises.
The objective of second language training is to help employees attain/maintain the following levels in their second language:
a) Levels B and/or C in Oral Proficiency;
b) Levels B and/or C in Reading Comprehension; and
c) Levels B and/or C in Written Expression.
Standing offer Period:
The period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from Standing Offer award date to March 31st, 2019 and will include an option allowing it to be extended for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: July 12, 2018 at 02:00 pm (EDT).
Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, and all other tender documents through the BuyandSell service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the BuyandSell service provider.
AAFC reserves the right to accept any Proposal in whole or in part, without prior negotiation and reject any or all Proposals received.
