Description of the Requirement:

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada has an immediate need for services of a project manager(s) to plan, manage and monitor assigned projects, including various web application development, business process implementation and accommodations projects, as well as to contribute to the project portfolio intake process and project management framework maturity. Major projects for 2018 include the Consumer Services Centre (call centre) Modernization and the Lease Renewal Accommodation projects, however, other projects may be assigned based on priorities and workload, within the financial limits of the contract.

Bid solicitation # 20180362 is issued under the framework of the E60ZT-16TSPS Supply Arrangement for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS), for the provision of the following professional services:

1. firm requirement is for one (1) Project Manager – Senior Level;

   AND

2. FCAC, at its sole discretion may request up to one (1) additional Project Manager – Intermediate Level.

Level of Security Requirement:

• Level of information – PROTECTED B;
• Personnel Security level – RELIABILITY STATUS;
• Consultants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to commencing work.
