Description

Objective:

The department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement to supply labour, material and supervision to provide planned preventative maintenance services to the digital control equipment and accessory devices.

A written service report will be required after each service inspection. The length of service agreement will be 5 years (3 years plus three (3) additional one (1) year options). Frequency 2 visits per year; minimum 24 hours per site visit.

All digital controllers and their end devices will be covered under this requirement. Replacement of devices upon failure will be extra to the contract.
