Description
Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by the DFATD, is looking for construction firms that are able and willing to complete a construction project for the upgrade of the service stairs of the Canadian Official Residence in Paris (France).
The project consists of demolishing existing stairs and rebuilding them to allow for the integration of a new freight elevator, the installation of new ornamental balustrades of historic appearance, the installation of gratings and the new connection to the existing drainage systems; all these new elements must comply with the laws and standards in force in the 8th arrondissement, Paris, France.
As a result of this NPP and due to the diplomatic nature of the residence, its location and the nature of the work, only companies meeting the enclosed mandatory requirements and demonstrating interest will be invited to submit a proposal.
