    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

    Notice Description

    ECCC requires five (5) Level II Program Analysts to work on an ‘as required’ basis to deliver on the Low Carbon Economy Fund solution and the Grants and Contributions Enterprise solution. Tasks include: designing and developing business related .NET applications and SQL databases; creating unit tests; providing integration between .Net applications and other ECCC systems, as well as application testing support; creating supporting documentation; and ensuring design compliance with CLF2.0 and WCAG2.0 AA standards.

    RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number EN578

    170432/E. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any

    resulting contract.
