CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with one or more vendors (hereafter referred to as the “proponent(s)”) to provide services with respect to CMHC’s mortgage insurance loss mitigation process, also known as the Enhanced Claims Service (ECS) by providing legal services, securing and property management services, and marketing and sales services.
This Agreement will have an initial term of up to three years, with the potential to renew for two subsequent one-year renewals, not to exceed a cumulative total of five years. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. Ottawa time, on August 1, 2018.
Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
