Description
This contract is being developed to provide experienced external resources to compliment and support Health Canada’s Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) internal staff on the change management aspects of our strategic initiatives. The objective is to have the contractor provide up to four (4) resources, in the Change Management Consultant category, on an as-and-when-requested basis. These resources will help HPFB plan for and solidify the course of action, respond to emerging priorities and implement changes to transform the organization and its operations.
The resulting contract will be established with a single supplier under which Task Authorizations will be issued to support various Change Management Projects for a period of one (1) year plus three (3) option years.
