Description: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply of all necessary labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for the services of tree and shrub care and maintenance including but not limited to, pruning, removal and stump grinding/removal of trees and shrubs and the moving and transplanting of trees on Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy - Depot Division, Support Services Building and “F” Division Headquarters grounds in Regina, Saskatchewan. Services are to be provided on an “as requested” basis.
It is anticipated that one Standing Offer will be issued.
The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of two (2) year with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for one (1) additional one (1) year option period(s).
Security Requirement: The offeror is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort (FA2) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The offeror SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
