CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a vendor (hereafter referred to as the “proponent”) for the purpose of providing a managed service for the CMHC Managed Print Services across Canada.
The agreement will have an initial term of three (3) years, with the potential for two (2) one-year renewals, not to exceed a cumulative total of five (5) years. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. Ottawa time, on July 30, 2018.
By issuing this RFP and accepting proposals, CMHC assumes the obligation of conducting the process in a fair and transparent manner. CMHC has no obligation to procure any services, or to compensate any proponent for work done other than as may be set out in a written contract with that proponent.
Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
