TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:
One (1) Level 3 (Senior) Business Consultant (2.3) and one (1) Level 1 (Junior) Business Consultant (2.3) under the TSPS Business Consulting/Change Management Stream.

Description of the Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for the services of Business Consultants (2.3) under the TSPS Business Consulting/Change Management Stream to develop an enterprise investment planning governance model. It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to one year thereafter.
Estimated Level of Effort:
- 2.3 Business Consultant (Senior): Up to 135 days
- 2.3 Business Consultant (Junior): Up to 15 days
