A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for selective exterior excavation, crawlspace remediation, new foundation system, and new foundation waterproofing, at an existing

Police Building. Work also includes minor renovations, removals, site grading, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping work at the Detachment in Fillmore, SK and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 16 November 2018.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at RCMP Detachment, 5 Osage Street, Fillmore, SK on 27 July 2018 at 13 00 hrs CST.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
