Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada requires the services of a qualified general contractor to address the drainage, grading and landscaping within the courtyard at building WW27.

Objectives: There is a requirement to address the drainage, grading and landscaping within the courtyard at building WW27.

Deliverables: Contractor will supply all labour and material to regrade, landscape and pave the V&C Courtyard (Blg. WW27) as per attached drawings (C1.1, C1.2, C1.3) and specifications.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Aug 20, 2018 to October 16, 2018.
