This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
Natural Resources Canada is seeking proposals from bidders to elaborate the specific requirements of Indigenous communities to ensure the integration of their needs within the above Federal Flood Mapping Guidelines Series.
