    For TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies):

    Two (2) resources for Intermediate Level - Human Resources Services Stream 1.8 Staffing Consultant and 1.10 HR Assistant Consultant.

     Description of the Requirement:

    The Financial and Materiel Management Operation (FMMO), Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) branch is seeking the services of a team of two consultants to support the hiring managers in the development and administration of assessment tools such as written exams, interviews and reference checks, selection of candidates, and in the administrative tasks related to invitation of candidates and compilation of the results. Candidates from outside National Capital Region will be assessed remotely, which will require additional coordination effort.

    The stream category of consultation is Human Resources Services (Stream 1) for one Staffing Consultant (1.8) and one HR Assistant Consultant (1.10) both resources at the intermediate level.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required – Designated Organization Screening (DOS)

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability Status

    Applicable Trade Agreements: NAFTA and AIT

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed Initial Contract Period shall be One Year from Contract with one (1) additional twelve (12) month contract option period. 

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days per resource.
