Description of Work:
SIAL has a requirement for one (1) Change manager to assist with modernizing the program, assisting with the definition of the strategic vision, analyzing options, developing improvement plan, improving processes, communication, change management along with supporting activities. Program modernization will guide the various internal and external stakeholders over the next several years. The Change manager must work closely with SIAL management team and various GAC partners to ensure that the improvement plans are positioned to realize the expected benefits and supported by an engagement model that is tailored for the various internal and external stakeholders. The resources shall provide ongoing advice and guidance for Deputy Directors and Director to identify a clear path to realize the expected benefits.
