This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

- ERP Programmer Analyst Level 2 Estimated level of effort: 100
- ERP Programmer Analyst Level 3 Estimated level of effort: 100

Description of Work:
Title: Task-Based Contracting Vehicle for MS Dynamics Professionals
ESDC intends to “port” a significant number of its custom-built and commercial off the shelf (COTS)
Applications into its Microsoft Dynamics CRM over the next several years.
This objective of this RFP is to create a task-based contracting vehicle that can be used to acquire, in a
timely manner, experienced external resources on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, whenever
inhouse resources are not sufficient to meet the timelines specified.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
