The Public Service Commission (PSC) has a requirement for a vendor-supported enterprise Postgres-based software system solution and the provision of maintenance and support for the software solution over a 3-year period. PSC requires a solution with database management tools compatible with their existing IT environment and 24/7 vendor support of the software to manage mission-critical applications.
