RFP Scope:

FCC seeks proposals in response to this RFP from entities qualified and experienced in the supply and delivery of office supplies on an if and when needed basis to FCC locations. FCC Corporate Head Office is located in Regina, SK, with an additional 100 locations across Canada.

FCC may award to one or more vendors for this contract based on product selection and delivery of service on a national basis. The contract(s) will be awarded to the most advantageous vendor(s) offering a wide breadth and depth of products and categories as well as the provision of service requirements as noted in this RFP.

RFP Schedule:

· RFP issue date: August 15, 2018

· Vendor questions accepted until: August 29, 2018

· Responses to questions provided by: August 31, 2018

· RFP closing date and time: September 10, 2018 at 12:00 PM CST (SK)

· this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time.

· FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
