This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
One (1) Level 3 ERP System Analyst
One (1) Level 3 Technology Architect

Description of Work:
DND requires the services to support in the delivery and completion of data architecture, technical design specifications, technical solutions, technical process maps and workflow modernization initiatives. These services will support the Commander Military Personnel (CMP) to restructure and redesign the architecture of DND’s Human Resources Management System and transactional based tools and processes including Oracle and Access systems to streamline data flows by linking and consolidating external databases to the official source of record.
Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.
Bidders must submit resource(s) that are fluent in the English Language.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
