Background
The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada (“CEOC”), an agent of Parliament, exercises general direction and supervision over the conduct of elections and referendums at the federal level. The CEOC heads the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, commonly known as Elections Canada.
EC business data practitioners require better capability to extract information from the agency’s available data. With the current reporting not all business units have the tools to present regular or ad hoc timely information to decision makers. It is also important to address discipline and standards around how information is consumed and used in business decision making. The agency is expected to require business monitoring from multiple sources for which governance must be well understood and access to data be facilitated.
Requirement
EC requires professional services of a Business Analyst (BA) to deliver the Functional Requirement Design for the 43rd GE Project, which includes mock-ups and screen designs for reporting and dashboards.
Period of the Contract
The Contract period will be from the Effective Date of the Contract until March 31, 2019 (the “Initial Term”).
