 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

 The Audit of the Pay and Benefits Processes has been identified in the 2018-20

 The objective of the audit is to determine whether ECCC’s controls for the management of pay and benefits processes are in place and are effective. In particular, the audit will focus on the key controls in place at ECCC to manage compensation. Processes outside of ECCC’s control will be identified, but they will not be assessed.

 To meet these requirements, the services of a Project Manager/Leader and a Senior Auditor are required to perform the planning, conduct and reporting phases of the audit.

 DURATION OF CONTRACT

 The Contract Award Date to June 30, 2018

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A combination of mandatory and point-rated criteria with minimum pass mark. The basis of selection is:

Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)
