First Aid Kits

The Canada Revenue Agency requires a single Contractor to supply, package, and deliver the following items, on an "as and when requested" basis, to CRA locations across Canada

• First Aid Kits (Type A, B, and C)
• Individual First Aid Items

All items must meet the requirements and specifications provided in ANNEX A – Statement of Work.

The CRA intends to enter into a three (3) year contract with three (3) one-year option periods with one (1) Contractor.

The Agency will include a minimum spend commitment of $9,000.00 CAD (all applicable taxes included) over the entire period of the resulting contract, which includes any exercised option periods, including any extension period thereof.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of proposals will be performed in four (4) steps as follows:

Step 1 – 　Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria

Step 2 – 　Evaluation of Financial Proposals

Step 3 – 　Selection

Step 4 – 　Contract Entry

A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.

The Bidder with the highest ranked responsive bid and meeting all the requirements listed above will be recommended for award of a contract.

Proposal documents and supporting information may be submitted in either English or French.

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
