Request for Quotation:

Delivery of 120 Avaya Voip Phone compatible headsets For Shared Services Canada

1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada. The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to its client the Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC).

The resulting contract is for the supply 120 headsets which are compatible with the current Avaya VoIP Telephones. The delivery point will be at DA26, 9 Grove St, Darthmouth, NS, Canada, B4G 1A9.

This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.

The requirements are articulated in the attached DRDC Request for Quotation. (See attached Annex A.)

2. Security requirement: This solicitation contains no requirement for vendor and personnel security screening.

3. Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the following agreements:

Canada has invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, none of the trade agreements apply to this requirement.

Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.
