Description
The Information Systems Branch (ISB) in Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of IM/IT professionals experienced in the transformation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), in order to support AAFC personnel and project teams in the evolution of the IT Client Services (ITCS) division into a high-performance service support organization. These services shall support ITCS in delivering enhanced capabilities to its clients through the optimization of the Service Desk and Deskside functions; streamlined, standardized escalation and resolution processes; and staff training.
This requirement is to establish a contract with a qualified Supply Arrangement (SA) Holder to provide as and when requested services to support the ITCS in the NCR.
