TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 3.7 Procurement Specialist.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
DIAND has a requirement for two (2) Senior Procurement Specialists to provide strategic and expert advice on Procurement Transformation agenda.
Each resource will be evaluated separately, as individual bid. Bidders can submit a single resource.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) resources or in the award of two (2) contracts with one (1) resource per contract.
Level of Security Requirement:

Applicable Trade Agreements:
World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)”, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)” the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)”, the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to May 31, 2019.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) resources or in the award of two (2) contracts with one (1) resource per contract. Contract(s) will be until the end of May 2019 plus two (2) irrevocable option periods of four (4) months allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 170 days per resource.
