Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream:
Business Consulting/Change Management Services Stream;
Project Management Services Stream.

Description of the Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Business Consulting/Change Management Services and Project Management Services to develop and implement a disruptive, user centric and innovative employee engagement strategy. The intent of this solicitation is to award a single contract with a term of one year which includes an option to acquire additional services.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to one year thereafter.
