5P201-18-0161/A Replacement of Two Retention Pits for Recreational Vehicle Drainage – Phase 4b – La Mauricie national park
Description of Work: The Parks Canada Agency is issuing a call to tender for the services of a contractor to replace two retention pits for the recreational vehicle drainage in the Mauricie National Park.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following work:
- Dismantling of existing full drain pits.
- Supply and installation of two new total drain retention pits and their connection to existing services.
- Supply and installation of level probes in pits, controllers and alarm systems and electrical connections.
- Supply and installation, but not limited to, a group of solar panels and deep cycle batteries for the continuous power supply of the level sensor, the controller and the alarm system for the retention pit of Mistangance campground.
- Supply and installation of bollards and repair of land including paving.
- Replacement of the retention pit level switch at the Rivière-à-la-Pêche campground with a level sensor and supply and installation of the controller near the pit.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Delivery Date: The work must be completed no later than November 30, 2018after contract award.
