Description of the Requirement:
- The Contractor must, on an as and when required basis, prepare or review Treasury Board Submissions, Memorandum to Cabinet, plans, strategies and reports. These documents will be prepared on a number of potential subjects required by Portfolio and Asset Management Sector. Regular progress monitoring mechanism will be prepared and managed by the Project Authority (PA) to ensure that project deliverables are made in an efficient and timely manner. The Consultant will also be required to Develop project scope, requirement documents, statement of work, participating in client discussions, analysis of functional and operational requirements of the client;
