    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to Replenish the National Unexploded Explosive Ordnances (UXO) Services Source List (SL), Various DND locations across Canada.
     
    In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of all Canadian Provinces, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Technical Submissions from UXO Contractors to REPLENISH the existing National UXO Source List for services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements.
     
    The objective of this RFQ is to select multiple UXO Contractors, who will be added on this EXISTING National SL with DCC to provide the required services until August 10, 2019. The SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period (from August 10, 2019) at DCC’s sole discretion.
     
    The majority of the commissions under this SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $500,000 with no maximum limit.
     
    DCC cannot predict the number, size, location and scale of anticipated projects over the term of the SL.
    Contractors are advised that All future commissions will require the Controlled Goods Registration. All Contractors are to begin their registration immediately.     The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend any or all of the estimated amounts
     
    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise.
     
    This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA. 
     
    Contractors that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Technical Submissions based on the RFQ document that is available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.
     
    To be considered, Technical Submissions must be received at the following address, no later than 14:00 hours local time on November 20, 2018.
